Please list the brands of all cooking equipment that is included, as well as the generator and the vent hood.
Fryer, lowboy, and plancha are cook rite and atosa. Freezer is avantco. Generator is predator. Not sure about the hoods but I can check in the next week or so. Steamer is Cleveland and retails for 12k. You can sell it and replace with whatever you need, or for more storage space.
