This 1994 Chevrolet P30 Stepvan is a fully equipped all-purpose food truck built for efficiency and versatility. Outfitted with a 2016 kitchen build, it’s ready to serve a variety of menu styles with reliable gas and electric operation.
Standout features include: - Three refrigerators and a slide-top cooler - Six-burner stove with oven - Countertop fryer and double steam table - Ansel fire suppression system - Cumins Onan 7000W generator - Backup camera and lighted menu board - A/C unit and Bluetooth speaker system
The exterior could benefit from a new wrap, but the mechanical and kitchen systems are in good working order. Call today to learn more!
Seller's Note: We completely replaced the engine in October of 2019. Since then, we have minimized our food truck route to a maximum of 20 miles per day, 3 days per week, 9 months per year. So, I would estimate that the new engine had at most 15k miles.

Can the 6-burner be converted to a flat top, and is there space for a bigger fryer?
As our concept is going to be burgers and fries
Underneath the fryer is a refrigerated drawer. If you took that out, you could definitely put in a full-size fryer as it would fit under the hood footprint just fine. The six top range is a range/oven combo, so you'd have to replace the whole thing, which would be easily doable. The company that built it for us could easily do both of those things for you.
