What are the conditions of the tires?

Almost new plenty of tread

What's the condition of the engine outside of mileage?

Runs great no issues. 1 year old battery

Does the handicap lift still work?

Was told it did when I bought it but never hooked it up or tried it

When was the last time the bus was serviced?

Had it a year and only had one oil change. Only put 2k miles on it

Do I need a special license to drive this?

No special license needed in the state of Virginia. Not sure about other states.

Is it insulated?

I assume you mean the freezer, yes it stays plugged in and cools the cold plate then we take it out for 4-6 hours with no issues before we need to plug it back in.

What is the standing room?

I am 6’4” and can stand up with no problems. It was a senior citizen bus that was converted. I estimate 6’8” standing clearance.

If I were to leave it in place, would there be room to add a convection oven somewhere? I can't tell from the inside photo.

Absolutely, I included some interiors pics on the site. Their is still 4 seats, a full size tool box on wheels, a beverage barrel cooler and the handicap left space.

Is the deep freezer one unit or more than one? I want to use the truck for bakery items and would like to add a convection over.

It is one large cold plate freezer. Currently holds 1000+ ice cream bars. Stay cold for up to 6 hours after unplugged. Can be removed if needed through back van door. Held in place with steal angle bars bolted to the floor.
