The 12 x 12 set up at the back is made up of oilfield shelter tarps. That's where the seller sets their tables, warmers, and drink jars. It's a super unique and efficient operation. Seller is ready to retire!

The trailer itself for the John Deere is about 17 foot long and seven or 8 feet wide then we build a oil shelter tent, 12 x 12 with a roof outback out of oilfield shelter tarps. This is where we set up tables to serve our meats, we sell barbecue brisket, barbecue, pulled pork, half pound burgers jumbo smoked sausage, Nathan all beef, hotdogs, hand dip, chocolate dip, cheesecake, and roasted corn. The back part of the cooker is a rotisserie with eight baskets on it and that's where we roast the corn and cook turkey legs.
We've had as many as 13 people working in there when we were selling turkey legs at the festival, we sold 2000 turkey legs in three days from 10 to 6 Friday Saturday and Sunday. Not counting all the corn and all the other meats and things.
