Does it have any active permits?

They have expired, but I did have permits from the health department, for our plumbing, and for the city.

I would be interested in waffle maker. What other additional equipment will you include as stated on the ad?

Is this trailer air conditioned?

No. We used fans to stay cool. Also, there is a cross breeze since all three sides open.
