Check this awesome unit out! . Trailer is one of the only SOLAR powered concession units out there! It is fully equipped and has stainless steel walls & ceiling with aluminum slip resistant flooring. The unit is fully vented with two serving windows and an exhaust hood and fire suppression system.The three solar panels on the roof trickle charge a ten deep-cycle marine battery power system that has two inverters so it can run on electricity or full battery power. The system can run off a generator as well but was never used - as many clients prefer the quiet of the solar power system. System can run off-grid for 6-10 hours depending on the energy demand.
