I personally rebuilt the smoker two years ago. Everything has been redone to it. New motor new hangers. Everything's been welded fixed. It's a great unit to all the electrical has been replaced. The timer is new. The smoker will keep it at a certain temperature that you wanted to keep it at . Unbelievable!
