Can the generator run the fryer fan + fridge + steam table together?
Fryer stove top and flat top grill are propane driven. Fridge Freezer and Steam table and all other appliances are ran by the included Honda generator.
Fire/hood: When was suppression last inspected/ tagged?
It is currently at the manufacturer that built it. Before taking delivery of it everything can be retagged by their fire inspector.
What is generator wattage?
It comes equipped with a Honda EU7000iS. 7000 watts quietest on the market. Also it comes with 125 ft of 50 amp cord if the venue you set up at has a 50 amp plug in.
What are the fresh and gray tank sizes?
Gray water is 40 gallons, fresh water is 30 gallons, and it can be adjusted to fit your county's standards. Also built in an enclosed grease trap.
What is the total trailer weight loaded?
Total weight with all supplies and completely full is about 6500lbs
