It has basic walls for food truck, no extra insulation.
Does the A/C unit heat? Or is there a heater?
It does have an A/C. We never needed a heater with stove and warmers on during operating hours.
How are the tires/bearings?
Tires and bearings are still good
How much does it weigh?
Weighs about 12k with everything
Is the smoker that’s part of this unit a pellet smoker?
I only used it as a smoker. But It is a customized and does have the plate that can be removed and setup to mount the pellet hopper for anyone that would like to use pellets.
