This trailer weighs 2,000 lbs. and ready to be customized to fit your business needs. New hitch jack and inspection are done. Exterior wear and tear.
Note: No generator it's an inverter, so it plugs in for power. It has new tires (2) on right side of trailer.
Added battery tender to inside by inverter so it never runs out of power. Height from ground to top is about 8'.
Seller note; The solar power was used to heat the water tank, I have overridden that issue and now use a battery trickle to directly power the inverter battery and then for the test of the power it does need to be plugged in to an outside source

Does it have an AC unit?
There is not an AC unit
Is there any type of attachment for the shower to control the water splashing out?
The tub is deep enough there is not much splash out at all and is about 2inches deep so the water doesn’t drift toward you but the drains
How was this heated/cooled? Does it come with any AC or heating?
There is not heating or cooling, you can add those with additional power, for where I live it has stays ventilated and cooled when needed
