This unit was used for an apprenticeship program with an experienced mobile food chef working out of one end and their apprentice working from the other.
We conditioned every aspect of the trailer to as close to new as possible. Its in really good condition and super clean. It has awesome visibility with all the windows and stripped all of the wraps etc down to make it a nice shiny white board ready for its next endeavor. Has been moved around very little. Has everything you can imagine for equipment. 3 Pyro suppressed hoods!
The trailer pulls great. We knew of a few things that needed to updated and repaired, and we replaced with new. For example, the grey water tank has a pump that was ruined by grease and was replaced with an whole new unit. Flooring is brand new. There was a lot of gaps and wood trim deteriorating around the windows and was replaced, painted, sealed etc. A new door was installed as well. There were awnings attached to the roof, we removed those, patched all areas, and waterproofed the entire roof.
