Is the trailer still available?

Yes it is.

Is there room for a grill/charbroiler?

Possibly, depends on what type of grill/ char broiler. There is 2 counters, one on each side that run almost the length of the trailer. The one side has the sinks. The extra large deep fryer can be used to set it inside if you are only going to use the smaller one. I set my steam table in the empty fryer and just use the smaller fryer for fries and corn dogs. Works well.

What is the tongue weight on this trailer. We don't know if our van would work with this.

6000 max with a 2 inch ball makes tongue weight 900 lbs. We pulled it with a Dodge Ram 1500 with a bumper hitch. Hope this answers your question:)
