What is the total amps of the breaker box?
100amp breaker box.
How much does it weigh?
Under 3,000 lbs with equipment, generator, and it's water tank filled.
What diameter hitch ball assembly would I need?
2" ball hitch
Where is the water tank located?
The water tank is located under the hand wash sink and the grey water tank under the 3 compartment sink.
What is the total capacity water tank?
Water tank is 10 gallons and the grey water tank is 15 gallon which meet Florida food department standards in size ratio to one another. There is room for a bigger tank where each is.
What is that? (see picture 6, under air condition)
Under the AC unit is a refrigerated clear glass display (Sushi display) which has a temperature controller and gets to about 30 degrees for cold storing / displaying. About 48" in length.

In picture #9 sitting on top of the under the counter refrigeration unit is a "hot box" with temperature controller for hot food storing. It has 4 racks and capacity for large food Tray's.

Yes, inside are 6 electrical outlets which allows for the equipment currently being used and with 2 open outlets currently. Everything is directly controlled by an electrical panel box which has capabilities to be powdered by 120 or 240 volt power source. Mint condition Honda generator ( pictured) is what currently powers this trailer.
