Custom build by Concession Nation. seller notes: We had Southern Pride ship a commercial CookShack electric smoker as part of the installation. Two chunks of wood, turn it on and walk away. Your BBQ will be done to perfection and will cook and hold at any temperature you choose for as long as you choose. Too much equipment to list in this totally equipped, ready to roll trailer. Have you had any complaints on the amount of smoke created by the smoker?

none, the smoker is vented via a 4 inch PVC pipe directly into the exhaust. There is very little smoke, just enough to keep your customer smelling those beautiful smokey flavors....and coming back for more. We have several additional items not listed that come with this trailer. 3 Rib Racks for the smoker, curly fry maker, microwave....just to name a few. This trailer is ready to go.

Is this trailer total electric or are the appliances gas. Does it come with a generator if so what size.

The appliances are all propane gas and top of the line. We are not including a generator, but we are including a 100 lb propane tank that it's currently being stored indoors. With the electrical cord, included, you can hook into a generator, receptacle or direct wire into a power supply. It is 50' long.

What's the total weight as is, with the equipment (Need to know what kind of vehicle will be required to pull it)? Does the LP container come with the purchase, as the photo shows empty bracket?
What is the cord with the bare wire for on photo #4?

There are 3 weights: grosso, with all the equipment added and tongue weight. I pulled it with a half ton pick up. LP does come with trailer, we have it stored inside right now. The cable is the power cord for the trailer. The end that goes into the trailer in connected. It can be directly wired into the power source, as we had it, or I can put the male plug on it. It's 50 feet long and it's rated for 220 volts and 50amps. Neutral and ground wires.
