What size truck is required to pull this trailer, and why is the trailer reduced to so little a price?
The person that I purchased it from pulled it with his Jeep Wranglers. I pulled it with my F150 truck. I purchased to set up at the river on weekends and holidays. My job sent me to California and I have not used it. This is a like new unit. It is priced to sell. That's it. And I am taking a loss at that price.
What kind of generator comes with the purchase?

How much weight will the porch hold?
That's a good question. It is heavy duty with diamond, stainless steel floor- plywood under the diamond stainless flooring.
Does this trailer come with the plug to hookup to a pole or other power source other then generator?
Yes absolutely, It can be plugged into 50 or 30 amp plug.
What year is this trailer
The trailer is 2015 and has only been used a few times this year. This unit is practically new.
Do the AC cool trailer pretty good? Wouldn't want a hot box....
The air conditioner works great. You will keep it turned down most of the time. This trailer is very comfortable.
What size generator would it take to run the equipment in trailer? Steam tables pull a lot of amps...
I used a 5000 and 7000 watt generator. The 5000 watt goes with it. I can send a picture of the one that comes with it if there is not one available.
Is the steam table able to hold 6 full pans and is it set for lp gas or electric?
Yes it holds 6 full pans it is set up for electric.
