The truck is 22' long and 6' wide. Not entirely sure about exact height but it is approximately 9' tall

There is a small convection over cadco ov-250 is the model number. It holds 3 pans 1/4 sized. The truck is still available.

Please also confirm mileage as being original - or, does it have a rebuilt engine/motor or any other automotive restorations? Please state gas mileage. Also, please state the age and condition (tread remaining) of the tires. Thank you very much.

Yes, the miles are original. Nothing rebuilt or restored to our knowledge. We did purchase the truck from another vendor but she also indicated nothing was rebuilt or restored. As far as gas mileage, I can only estimate based on what we've seen..anywhere between 9 - 13 mpg city/hwy. The tires are about 3 years old. Tread is still good on all of them.

Please provide information about the oven in this truck- brand, size, capacity, condition, etc?

The convection oven is a Cadco ov-250 (link for manual included below). Not sure of the age, we purchased used but the previous owner indicated she only used it for a year. It works great and is in fantastic condition. Size is 1/4 sheet pans. Capacity : holds 3 pans.
