Does it have any maintenance records to bring to the bank for financing?
I don't have any, but the transmission engine, ice cream machine, and generator are all in excellent condition. The dip machine and blender also in excellent condition; the slow sign needs repairs, and a simple PVC pipe connection will solve the hand-wash sink problem. This is an excellent business opportunity with a little work needed. Simple solutions like the window on the bottom part of the passenger side serving window not sliding; probably some WD-40 would fix it. I'm just putting every little thing that are need to knows before someone travels a distance to see and ask why didn't you tell me; also, the front bumper needs a little paint, and the music box wires need to be reconnected all minor problems.
