Seller's Note: The vehicle is still started and driven a short distance monthly to keep the battery charged and fluids rotated.

No - but even better the mechanic that worked on the van - - replaced batteries and added a kill witch will now never drain - works on the public bus line of the state of MA. He knows this particular bus like the back of his hand. He did all work on it while it was in service. This bus runs very well! Also - you don't need a special license to operate because of the size.
