Seller description: The reason this is such a great concept in a food truck is that once you have done all of your prep work for an event, etc. You can outsell any truck out there because you can FLY through the line so fast since the customers are taking out a lot of your work by creating their cups by themselves. You simply have to weigh the cups, and check people out while keeping up with stocking the toppings and wiping down. At private events, we have gone through 725 people in 2.5 hours! We have gone through 200 people in 25 min! We just went through 803 people in exactly 1 hour this past week at a private pre-paid event!! This is a FAST and efficient food truck! Try doing that in any other truck! (AND this truck has newer and faster machines that have faster recovery times). We often get done with a food truck rally event and think that we were definitely outsold by all the other trucks because they had huge lines the whole time while we only had several in our line the whole time--ONLY TO FIND OUT that we sold the EXACT SAME as they did, we just move people through the line so fast that it is deceiving. We have many times had customers leave other lines just to come get a snack of froyo to munch on while they wait in the looooong line for another food truck.
Along with being able to get through a line of customers at lightning speed, you can also stock a HUGE amount of product on this truck especially the way it is optimized. If you have a big event, you can strategically stock around $4,500 in sales worth of yogurt, toppings, and beverages on the truck before worrying about restocking!! Way more than other trucks can!

BECAUSE the 1st one had all the kinks that we had to work out over the years and reconstruct/modify it several times before we got it all right! THE GENERATOR:
This truck is equipped with a commercial grade diesel generator that is onboard the truck and is enclosed in a SOUNDPROOF AND FIREPROOF enclosure.This generator is run by a digital control panel that reads out specs such as Coolant Temp, Oil Pressure, Battery Voltage, etc. and it also lets you know when there is some kind of a fault or overheat condition because it has a built in self-diagnose feature!
The generator's engine is a Cummins diesel engine which runs off its own separate fuel tank dedicated to the generator making the generator run time around 40+ hours between fill ups and doesn € t cut into your truck € s fuel supply. This engine is designed for extended run times (with features such as a wide belly oil reservoir which holds over 3x what this engine would normally hold as well as twin oil filters and a large capacity fuel filter) and is not unusual for it to go 40,000 hours with proper maintenance!! This generator also has a feature that will prime the fuel line in the case of running out of fuel and makes start up after re-fueling a snap! (this can sometimes require extensive effort and sometimes removing the fuel line from the engine toburp the air out of the line and get the engine un-airlocked).
The generator is one of the larger that you will see out in the food truck world (but it is necessary for this style of truck), This will be the quietest running generator you ever experience out there! Significant amounts of money were invested in the generator enclosure's sound canceling qualities as well as airflow engineering toattenuate the noise level down to a dull whisper of a hum.So quiet, that you can have a whispering conversation with someone on the side of the generator.
The generator also has an outside access door which has gas shocks to stay in the up position when opened. The generator can also be forklifted out of the enclosure.
