A Wells Cargo Trailer frame was remodeled with new equipment, electrical, plumbing, flooring, walls, insulation, ceiling, tanks, and fire suppression system in 2021, turning it into a fully loaded food trailer. Used for 1 full year & 6 months, then covered and stored. The catering trailer/ food truck was closed, but the equipment, while lightly used, works as new. Includes 2 Onan Cummins Generators, 4500 Watt each, both extra quiet with separate remotes to start, 1 replaced new, pulls with handles like a suitcase. *Tan spheres and flowers in photos are cedar wood*.
Very versatile food trailer loaded with bakery, concession, and catering equipment. Perfect for events of every occasion, or festival. The trailer was remodeled with new equipment and lightly used for about a year and a half. The catering trailer/ food truck is closed, but the equipment is in excellent condition and works as new. Also included are 2, 4500 Quiet, remote start, Cummins generators, 1 replaced new under warranty and never been used!
What was served on the food truck: Fresh Croissants and Pan au Chocolate (dough sheeter), panini sandwiches on house-made focaccia breads, salads, fried-to-order kettle chips, cold beverages, coffee, house cream puffs (dough mixer), house Seasonal tarts (dough mixer), Local ice cream.
NOTE: Wrap/logo must be covered. Logo and name are property of the seller and may not be used by any other party. Paint over, or heat gun to remove the wrap. The Seller is willing to assist the buyer with this process.
*There are a few food coloring stains on the dough sheeter belt. It does not affect the working condition, but the belt can be purchased new and replaced.
*There is a, small dent in the hood exterior cover. Neither affects equipment use.
*small rust spots around door under sinks.
*Outdoor step into kitchen needs a bolt or full replacement?
*Replace clip on screen to serving window
*Tires will need to be checked and possibly topped off with air. The tires were replaced new in 2022.
*1 jack needs replaced, breakaway system will need a new cover as the old one was damaged, but in good working condition, the connecting cord was wrapped with electrical tape, and may need replacing after repeated use.
*Weight at weigh station shows 10500 lbs. All tanks were empty, and all equipment was on board, including the generators and dough sheeter. The doughsheeter weighs 275 lb and each of the 3 generators (all the same Cummins generator) weighs 98 lbs each.
*Axle weight is 10,000
