Does the 2,000 watts generator provide enough electricity to power all included equipment including A/C?
No. We had to switch certain items off in order to run the AC as well. Before we stopped operating, we had considered getting another quiet generator of the same size to handle everything.
Is there a separate battery to run the water pressure system/hot water tank/interior lights?
The water heater and the interior lights were wired to a box which was powered by the generator, and the pump was powered by a separate battery.
Is there any rust on the undercarriage or anywhere? If so, will you please add pictures?
Yes. There is some rust. I can add pictures here in a few days./Added pictures
Does the door lock securely? Are keys included?
The door does not lock securely. That is something that would need to be repaired by the buyer.
Is there room in this trailer to add a 3 compartment sink?
Yes. In the front, there would be. It would just be a matter of running the plumbing and rain lines along the wall.
If this trailer was parked near a location with a water source and electricity, could it be hooked up or can you only use water tanks and generator inside the trailer?
A plumber could modify the sink fairly easily to access a pressurized water source. The electricity is absolutely ready to plug and play in a situation like that.
Is this still available?
Yes, it is still available
Is this still available?
Yes, it is still available
What is the weight for hauling?
I would say it's about 1,100 pounds or so. When it was originally built, it was listed at 1,125 pounds.
Does this trailer have current Health Department License/Inspections? If not, when was it last Inspected/Licensed?
Yes. We are current with our local county Health Department to serve drinks, but not food. Serving food in our county would require a three-compartment sink to sanitize the food serving and preparation equipment.
What's the total exterior height on the trailer? I need it to fit in my garage which is 90".
Sadly, it's 91" tall with the wheels down and the tires inflated.
