How much does it weigh?

It is 1,800 lbs however it may be a few hundred lbs less because of all the appliances that have been removed.

Are there any electrical outlets?

Yes there are outlets but we never used the outlets or hooked it to an electricity source. We just used it as a clothing boutique. The previous owners used it as a coffee truck.
