  Our family went though some changes that necessitated the closing of and sale of our food trailer. It was only in use from new for 18 months - designed by us and custom built by a trailer builder. I investigated methods and places to list and sell our trailer. Most all wanted large upfront money for the listing. Some didn't seem very well known and so on. We found Used Vending and this solved our problem. The listing process was easy - very detailed guide to inputting the information to create and excellent listing. Having worked through that with no problem our trailer was listed. I won't sugar coat it but it took a while for the trailer to attract a buyer. Communication with Used Vending was easy and good through the process. When a buyer became available the process was straight forward. Our rep walked us through the process painlessly and I believe that we obtained a good selling price for us and a good purchase price from the buyer. In other words we both probably went away thinking we could have done a little better - an optimal sale.   We all think it's easier to sell our vehicles by ourselves. I've owned over 80 vehicles, but finding buyers for specialty food vending trucks is not easy. Even harder still is having to weed through the "just curious" buyers' emails and calls.  The internet may reach more people than a newspaper ad in the old days, but the number of time-wasters you have to deal with is also MUCH higher.  It was great to have Wendy and UsedVending.com to take care of those tire-kickers as well as get my add more views online than I could have done myself. Selling specialty vehicles is all about getting a large audience exposure and then answering very specific and sometimes unique questions from buyers about equipment and truck options.  I know those tasks aren't easy and it was well worth putting my vehicles in UsedVending.com's hands. Once a serious buyer came through, Wendy was on top of the deal in a professional and efficient manner with no drama and no nonsense. I appreciated her prompt responses, attention to the details, and follow-ups.  My deal was a little more complicated than most yet Wendy adjusted as necessary and kept pushing the deal forward.   I created Long Island's first mobile art gallery by converting a former Fed Ex truck into the space that I wanted. I launched in 2014. Most recently, the truck was no longer a necessary part of my business model, and so I sadly made the difficult decision to sell it.
