As a buyer looking for the right mobile food truck, you run across a lot of misleading avenues online. UsedVending.com is vetted, responsible and honest. Melissa was never pushy, she was always kind and genuine. She made the whole process simple and straightforward. Melissa truly had all parties' best interests in mind. This can be particularly worrisome for a family startup such as ours but the company and especially Melissa really went the extra mile. At the end of the day, I got on an airplane flew to Missouri, purchased a mobile coffee truck, and drove it all the way back down to Texas, and Melissa's main concern was that I was happy and made it home safely after the long drive.   I researched several different marketing/advertising businesses to list my custom food trailer with. The UsedVending.com site and story seemed to be what I was looking for. Their presence on the web and their focus specific to the food vending space made sense to me. I started out working with Alexia to get the posting up and listed. Her recommendations for photos, video, and documentation for my ad were spot on and her professionalism and attitude were great. I checked in with her over the first couple of weeks and she also reached back out to me every time I texted or emailed her. I did utilize the 30-day special to elevate my posting to the top of the page. My selling agent was Angela. After we had some interest in the trailer, she stayed in direct contact with me to start the process of receiving the offer, and deposit and moving toward the inspection and sale.
