What is the total weight of this trailer?

We have not officially weighed the trailer with all current equipment in it. However, as per the trailer title, it's original weight was 4020 pounds. We removed a big grill and added the oven and a refrigeration unit. So, we have estimated the weight at approximately 5000 pounds. But I would guess it is safely under that.

Is there a complete specification list available on the trailer and equipment?

Is the oven gas or electric?

The oven is electric and we have retrofitted the wiring to accommodate the required amperage.

Do you have a mixer as an option?

We have 2 Bosch mixers that we can use simultaneously in the trailer. Because our niche was cookies, this was sufficient for us. Most of our dough was mixed ahead and frozen. It went straight from the freezer to the oven in the trailer.
