Are there any known problems that need to fix right away? Is everything in working order?
Everything is in working order. There is nothing that needs to be repaired
What materials are used on the inside (insulation/floor materials)?
The flooring is plywood with a peel and stick vinyl checkerboard pattern on top. Extra tiles will provide in case will need to replace later, not sure about the wall materials or insulation.
What is the maintenance required for this trailer after purchase?
There shouldn’t be any maintenance needed on the trailer. It was operational last year and is ready to go now other than being winterized so you would need to flush the system to remove the rv antifreeze. Besides that just fill the freezer with ice and go!
Are tires need to replace soon? What is the age of the tires?
The tires have not been replaced since I purchased the trailer. The tread is pretty good on both tires, not sure of the age of the tires.
What is the weight of the trailer?
Approximately 2,500lbs
What is the plumbing material? How old is the plumbing?
Plumbing is all pvc and as I stated previously a lot of it was replaced by me after purchasing due to the previous owner not properly winterizing causing leaks. So most of the plumbing is all me within the last 2 years.
