Note: This unit is a work in progress. It reached a state of functionality, cooked on it for years and have not completed construction. There will be some work required in order to correct decay and achieve maximum potential of all the features on this unit.

This is a super heavy duty trailer made of 6" I-Beam construction with grated and diamond plate decking. Pit has not been used in some time. As with anything that is not used, things degrade. This is perfect for someone who understands the unique differences in style of cooking, as well as the features on this trailer and can seize this opportunity and take their game to the next level.

The deck is approximately 24" off the ground, access is from a flip down stair on the left. The deck is 8' wide in transport, 14' wide when in use, with each side having 3x - 3'-6' lay down walkways. The left side firebox measures 24"x24"x32" . It feeds the offset B-B-Q chamber, 23"x 63" under two access doors. Air flow is controlled with independent intake and exhaust vents. A marble shelf trimmed in stainless is across the front. The smoker chamber is north of that and can be fed either by the right firebox or directly within the chamber. It also has an independent exhaust stack. The right side firebox measures 30"x 21"x32". Above is an Oven/Warmer, the heat flows through a gap between an outer box and inner chamber. There are 5 shelves for Baking. Again, temperature is controlled with a dedicated exhaust stack.
The right firebox can feed the smoker and is configured to use the grill as an indirect B-B-Q pit.

Moving forward is the Grilling station. It is divided into 2x 25'x33" grates which can be pulled out so that food can be accessed and the coals can be tendered. The grates are covered with stainless hoods. Again, custom air vents and exhaust stacks. Also, a marble shelf spans the front. Next, is a configuration of LP gas burners. 3x 12" burners and 2x 15" burners. A small hand sink bridges between the 15" burners and the smoker box. To the front, an 8' wide stainless triple sink, drain board, with an ice bin crosses the front just below the gooseneck deck. The 6'9" x 8' deck is diamond plate. At one time it supported an ice machine and a freezer. A large LP tank is mounted below the deck. A water tank of two adjoined beer kegs is mounted below the sheeted roof. A grey water tank is mounted under the decking.

*** The LP, water, drainage systems are not plumbed. Electrical and lighting was provided via extension chords & power strips. There are loops at each corner that affords flagging. All 6 tires have been replaced and as of today, not been on the road.
