This food concession trailer was stripped down to frame and insulated on sides (can operate in winter with insulation we put in-we are currently doing winter events and with 1 small space heater, have had no issues with water lines or tanks freezing), rear, and roof with 1” foam board insulation as well. The interior sides and roof have been upgraded with high-quality plastic tongue and groove panels, custom fit for a polished finish, after being initially lined with OSB.   This enclosed trailer features a 2 5/16” ball hitch, a 7-pin RV plug, dual 3500k lb axles, and brand new trailer tires that have only about 500 miles on them. It features a durable wood base floor topped with high-quality linoleum planks, a resealed roof with a centrally installed exhaust fan, and a rear opening framed for a ~38”x36” double-frame sliding window with double insulation. The rear door is a ramp style, reinforced with OSB and equipped with spring assist cables, covered in epoxy with sand grit and sparkle flakes for added durability and aesthetics.

Electrical
-It was wired with 3 prong 20ft RV plug for 120v with 4 separate 20a breakers to four 4 square outlets with potential for 240v with simple modification (unlikely to have issues with tripping any breakers with how it is wired)
-One 240v outlet was wired in to external cord that can be moved around easily if needed.
-3000w inverter and ~70ah worth of batteries are currently installed with some custom run cords and extra outlets for potential of running off grid/without generator. Would uninstall if sold but open to negotiation on keeping in trailer.
-Two 10k lumen above pull string work lights are currently in ceiling that plug in to nearby outlets for adaptability.
-Fridge/freezer and medium size deep freeze are currently bolted down inside.

40-gallon fresh water and 46-gallon grey water tank
-Fresh water tank supplies brand new 120v water pump capable of ~50-60psi which in turn supplies pex plumbing to 1800w 4gal Bosch Water heater and 2 separate faucets.
-4 stainless steel sinks (wash, rinse, sanitize and handwashing)
-mounted dish drying rack above sink
-Fresh water has 3/4” male thread garden hose 1/4 turn Style hookup for easy filling.
-Grey water has two separate drains. One is 3” RV style with 3/4” thread male garden hose connection on cap and other is 3/4” garden hose male directly from tank. Also has breather above for ease of flow.
-2 stainless steel 24”x72” tables (one for sinks)
