Overview:

The trailer was manufactured in Georgia during November 2013. It is titled a 2014 model with an empty weight of 3995 lbs. It has seen less than 1000 miles. We have lost interest in making our fortune in the concession business. Our loss is your gain.

Structure:

The box is a true 26 long x 8 wide x 78 tall on the inside. The box has a V-nose which is in addition to the 26 . Overall dimensions are approximately 30 long, 8 6 wide, 8 8 tall. The base of the frame is made of 6 I-Beams on 2-5200 lb. E-Z lube spring drop axles. All 4 wheels have electric trailer brakes and 15 bias ply tires with silver modular wheels (20575D15) and smooth aluminum fender flares. Sidewalls and floor cross members are 16 O.C. Walls and roof bows are constructed of 1 x1 box tubing. Over the framing, interior walls are covered in 3/8 plywood followed by aluminum sheeting. The outside of the walls are covered with aluminum sheeting and painted black. The bottom 24 of the exterior walls are covered with polished stone/chip guard. Floors are covered with plywood followed by RTP rubber tread plate to provide a softer, less slippery surface on the front section and ATP aluminum tread plate on the back porch. The underside of the floors and frame are undercoated. The roof, on the outside, is covered with Luan followed by Galvalume. On the inside, the ceiling is covered with aluminum sheeting. The walls and ceiling of the front section are both insulated.

Features:

The trailer is blessed with 12 plugs, has a 36 x75 entrance door on the driver s side, a 32 x75 divider door between the front and porch and a heavy duty rear spring assisted ramp door w/camlocks on the rear. There are 4 total concession windows. 2 of them are in the front section and 2 are located on the porch. All windows are symmetrical with their counter parts to provide good product visibility via a see through environment. Inside wall and ceiling coverings are smooth to allow for ease of cleaning. The front half has installed a 13,500 BTU air conditioning unit. There are built in stabilizer jacks on the back side of the trailer. There is also a 36 x36 door to access the generator as well as a 12 x12 door to access strategic plumbing and electrical connections. All countertops/prep surfaces are light weight, commercial grade stainless steel. There are 3 commercial grade refrigeration units. One of which is a 6 True sandwich prep cooler (TSSU-72-18). The 2nd is a 4 True refrigerator (TWT-48). The 3rd is a 4 True freezer (TUC-48F). There is over 34 of counter space in all. Also installed is a Cornelius 6 head soda fountain (ED150).

Plumbing:

The trailer is equipped with 1-3 bay sink served by one faucet and 1-single bay sink served by its own faucet. Water is supplied to the trailer via a city water connection or from its storage tank. Storage tanks include 1-30 gal fresh water tank and 1-30 gal waste water tank. Regardless of the source, all water is run through a 2 stage filter before running through any implement. Hot water is supplied through a propane on-demand water heater. Extra implements include an external RV shower for washing large dishes plus external hot and cold garden hose connections. Plumbing also includes 2-40 lb propane tanks plumbed to run the generator, water heater and 2 large commercial grills. There are 4 propane connections on the porch for the commercial grills.

Electrical:

The trailer is equipped with a 125 Amp panel box w/50 Amp life line. The panel box is currently divided into 7 circuits and is efficiently balanced based on the current equipment. As a back up to shore power, the trailer is also equipped with a 7500 watt propane generator which runs off the same supply of propane as the water heater and grills. There is an electronic transfer switch so that manual switching is not required when switching from shore power to generator power. The total number of plugs are 12. Inside lighting consists of 4-4 110v florescent lights (2 per switch) and 2-12v dome lights each on their own switch.

Is there a griddle with this as well and if so what size it.

It has no cooking equipment, only cold storage and plumbing.

I need to know inside measurements of this trailer: height, cargo section length and width as well as man door height and width?

Inside height is 81.25". Inside width is 96.25". Inside front section is 215" long from the divider wall to the beginning on the V-nose. The V-nose is 31" deep. The inside length of the rear section is 94.25" from the divider wall to the gate. The gate is 89" wide x 76.75" tall. The Man Door is 33.75" wide by 73" tall. The door between the rear section and front section is 30" wide x 73" tall.

Has it had thorough health/safety/electrical inspections recently?

The trailer has never had any inspections. The trailer was a work in progress when we lost interest. There are no fire extinguishers installed. There is no paper towel holder or sign that says "employees must wash hands". We were at the point of requesting health department inspection when we gave up on the idea of selling concessions.

What is the condition of appliances?

The appliances are in good condition. The soda machine is a 2011 model. It was used 6 months then it's original owner went out of business. I purchased it in fall of 2013. I checked that it worked, flushed it with warm water and installed it into my trailer. It hasn't been used since. It has never been fully assembled since I installed it. Just a connections and it's ready. The 2 refrigeration units were used. I cleaned them and checked there functionality. The top of the 4' refrigerator has some dents from preparing food (I assume). The 4' freezer was purchased as damaged freight but has never actually been in service. I checked it's functionality and it works beautifully. It was damaged freight because a fork lift poked the back skin. About a 1" x 4" gash. The on demand water heater is new and works beautifully. The generator has about 12 or so hours total time.
