Power for the trailer has multiple options and can use either 50 amp (recommended during operation) or 30 amp (when not actually cooking). It has a 50 and 30 amp cord attached during a recent rewire of the entire trailer as well as new led fluorescent lighting inside installed.
It is an important distinction about the power as the capability to either use shore power or the generator gives flexibility as to locations the trailer can go to.
Seller says "Many times we have used the generator when no 50 amp service has been provided as well as using it to haul the trailer from location to location."
Seller has JUST added a great free-standing 70-99 lb. commercial fryer, a 1k value!
