NOTE: This trailer is NOT compliant with the state of California, due to electrical and plumbing being installed inside the trailer walls. Trailer was not originally built for a California customer, and should be sold to out-of-state buyer. Buyer will need to verify permit requirements with their local county health department or other authorities.

Seller notes: We bought the trailer used in Jan 2020 knowing it needed a couple upgrades to be CA compliant. COVID happened so we didn’t do anything. When things started opening back up in 2022, we added a fire suppression system which is California certified, and a 2nd egress. It needs to be inspected by the state. However, the trailer was originally built for a customer in Texas, so all the plumbing and electrical are inside the walls. If it had been built for a California customer there would’ve been an inspection midway through the build to inspect plumbing and electrical before being enclosed. So, if you’re handy that may not be a big deal, but the inspection will need to be done by the state if the county intended for operation requires a California insignia. If you are going to operate outside of California (Nevada or any other state) you won’t need to go through California.
