Everest has a subscription service with a dashboard. It uses a special box via cell. I used to have the service but haven't for a few years.

Yes, it is still selling ice and water.
Is there an existing lease agreement for its location, or would I need to relocate it?
No lease on location. Location is not profitable.
Do you have maintenance records or any history of past issues/repairs?
Cold Fusion went bad, so it is bypassed. Replaced bill accepter. Getting rust spots so it needs a new paint job. Had to replace ice dispenser door a few times because people would break it. Replaced lock on bag door.
