Who made the pits in the trailer and how old are they?

I made the smoker, it's about 5yr old. I build about 4 to 5 a year, there's a barbecue restaurant here in Texas they use me to weld on there pits they are in the top 10 in Texas! It's an offset the firebox, I have put 20 12pound briskets on it and 10 racks of ribs and sausage at one time!
