What is the total towing weight, and what type of vehicle would be required (standard hitch or gooseneck, and approx 3/4 ton or 1 ton truck)?
It needs a 6,500 truck or bigger gentle hitch
What type of fuel does the smoker take (pellets, hardwood, etc)?
I start with charcoal. I use oak wood size, which you would use in the fireplace
What is the capacity of the smoker (i.e. how many pork butts, briskets, etc. at one time)?
I did 200 pounds of pork butt and 200 pounds of brisket. It cooks awesome. When I do ribs light bbq put in ribs 3 hours later, ribs were done perfect
Is the trailer permitted in LA County? If not, can it be?
Not now. I permitted it in LA per event.
