This is a roomy truck with lots of opportunities. Not all equipment is new, but the hood system, hood fan, 3 compartment sink, hand washing sink, 30-gallon fresh water, 40-gallon gray water, are all brand new and never used.Sold as is, walls are up, stainless steel around the cooking area is up and serving windows are up. All plan diagrams would be provided with sale (plans include plumbing diagram, electric diagram and etc that’s been inspected by a professional builder).
Truck size is almost 26 ft long from back to front. Cooking area is 17ft long .
*This is an UNFINISHED truck. SEE PHOTOS! Appliances are not installed; plumbing and electric not installed. Sold AS IS. This is going to be a DIY project- must finish out yourself.

Yes, in my layout. The cooking area would have to be in an area that I set up for as that’s where the stainless steel is set up at.
