What size/kind of generator was used when you guys were mobile?

We used a 60 amp 7,000 watt generator. It ran everything fine. We also have a 30 amp 60 watt generator, but it did not have sufficient amps to run the AC.

What was the maintenance on the thatched roof?

We replace the roofs every 4 or 5 years.

Is that some type of bamboo wood on the front of concession trailer?

Yes, it is stained/painted bamboo. They are 2 to 3 inches in diameter and are cut in half down the center and then screwed onto a board that is attached to the trailer.

Are there lights underneath the awning or do you have to supply your own?

You would need to add lights. There is wiring and a switch for external light (spots on the roof), but under the awning, you would need to add those. They probably could be on the same switch. I believe there is an outlet on the roof of one of the shacks that is run from the switch. If not, it would be easy to add.
