Is there a passenger seat in cab of truck?

Is there a propane tank?
Two 5 gallon tanks are included. There are two brackets on the back of the truck each built to hold up to 100 lb tanks.
Is there a generator?
No generator is included. A 220 volt socket is built into the side of the truck to allow it to be run off a house wire or any generator.
Is the plumbing and electrical finished?
Yes. Full plumbing system with a 40 gallon clean water and 50 gallon graywater tank. It is fully electrically wired, has a switchboard in the front of the cab, and has a 220 volt socket for either generators or a direct line hook up.
What condition is equipment in?
All equipment is in working condition and was bought either new or refurbished used.
