   This truck has 8,000 miles on a newly rebuilt engine. Has numerous upgrades/new parts, interior store lighting, custom stairs, new floors, ceiling, finished walls, multiple inverters, and 2 deep cycle batteries. The tires have 80% thread, exterior is all aluminum.

Note: The lighting system inside is LED and only 2 years old, multiple inverters are available for 110-volt appliances. The lithium-ion power bank on the dashboard is not included but can be purchased online.

NOTE: Chevy P-30 Grumman- Olson Step-van has been customized and restored for a mobile business we ran for the past 3 years. This step van is about 22 or 23 ft long, 10 feet high, with 16 feet of space behind the driver's seat. The body is in great condition, with no dings and no corrosion. The steel frame has recently been rustproofed and repainted, The engine was replaced with a newly rebuilt v-8 350 gas TPI engine and has 8k miles on it since rebuilt. Odometer reads 212k miles. The seller states that the transmission was rebuilt by a previous owner 5 or more years ago. The Transmission shifts perfectly, no slipping. Truck needs nothing repaired, its ready to go. The seller also has many parts, especially steering/suspension parts, lights, etc. I can throw it in. Truck does not need them, purchased just in case
