This trailer is in good condition and ready for the road. Clear title in hand and passed all inspections.

*Overhead rv vent added with 8 speeds 4 forward 4 reverse with rain detection and remote. Stand up refrigerator was removed and a larger double door stainless added in its place. 4 foot light added above sinks.

*Added overhead rv 6 speed (forward and reverse) remote controlled rain censored fan/skylight. For above cooking area. Also, added racks for storage. 1 fan (high velocity)mounted up front. Upgraded refrigerator to larger stainles double door. Added new 12 ply tires for better stability for travel. Still like new!

NOTE: Just put on 4 brand new 12 ply tires. And, added 2 mounted fans and one remote rv overhead with 3 speeds forward and reverse with rain detection. 7/1/25. Everything is still up to code and fire inspection was updated/re-tagged 6/25.
