Just rewrapped this past summer, there was some rust on the body which he sanded down before new wrap went on it
-was leaking when seller first got it, stopped all those leaks & no water intrusion since
-no mechanical issues
-fresh water is under sink, grey water is under van he believes (seller has never seen it; just connects waste hose to back of van)
-The sliding door needs replacement on the inside of the door.
-The refrigerator needs a new gasket seal & potentially, new windows for the door.
-Sound system needs maintenance
-Average wear and tear over time
