What is the condition of the exterior wrap? Is it clean/fresh or are there worn/bubbled areas?
The wrap is perfect condition. It’s only 2.5 years old, the business name isn’t being sold, only the truck. Your truck will need to have a different wrap placed on it.
What is size of black water tank?
Only potable and gray water tanks on the truck. Black is for toilets, which isn’t on the truck.
What is the size of the potable water tank? Is there a functioning water pump for it?
40 gal and yes had fun ring water pump under the 3 bay sink.
Any noticeable roof leaks inside?
No leaks that I’m aware of, I inspect it each year.
Is roof seamless or does it require periodic maintenance?
It’s an older seamed roof
Is there an electrical breaker panel? If so, what is max rating?
50 amp service, a picture of it is with the listing
Has the transmission ever been serviced/fluid changed? Same question on differential?
I never have had it changed not sure if previous owner had. I take it for its yearly inspection along with my mechanic does an overall inspection. The oil and filter was replaced 3,0000 miles ago.
Do any of the tires need to be replaced? What size are they?
The steer tires were replaced. They have 3,000 miles on them.

No lien

I have documentation since I’ve owned it the past couple of years
Will it pass the annual inspection?
Yes, it passed every year, the next inspection is due in May
Does it run? Is anything mechanically in need of repair?
Yes, it runs, brand new batteries last year. No repairs are needed
