This awesome mobile food unit comes equipped and it is featuring a cooking performance group s36-l liquid propane 6 burner 36" range with standard oven - 210,000 BTU. It has a dent on side. There is a removable griddle on top that takes up 4 burners that is post-market. What is the length of cooking/cargo area on this truck?
I have it as 207.5 inches or a little over 17 feet. That is from the dividing wall on the drivers side to the back. It is a tad shorter on the passenger (exhaust hood) side because the two dividing walls are slightly offset, but not much. It's 79" from wall to wall width.
