Yes. There is a diagram with the original equipment and layout the food truck came with.
Is there a sureflo or equivalent water pump?
The truck has a Shurflo Revolution 4008 series pump that was only used for about 4 months.
What kind of hot water heater is in this?
It's a Eccotemp ESH-2.5 SMARTHOME Mini Tank Water Heater.

The food truck is currently in storage. I will get pictures whenever I can. Everything in the truck is fairly new.
Why is the triple sink in front of the serving window?
There is space for the register in front of the window. I used sink drying racks during service for extra shelving space.

I am willing to sell without the crepe items, but it won't effect the price much. It's already listed below value and it's in perfect working condition.
