There are four rooftop vents for air circulation and natural light, and two slide windows at the front of the trailer. Back doors latch shut from the outside (locks included). There are two solar panels on the top and a 12V system that was installed in 2013 and is still fully functional (although some wires may need to be replaced down the line.) The panels generate 9 lights on the inside (which can be turned on and off in sections through the solar panel control panel) and one fan (which currently does not work, but should be a quick fix). Lights last several hours depending on how many are turned on and if the battery is fully charged.

There are two racks on each interior sidewall, a fitting room area, plus a few other areas for displays. The current vintage/upcycled displays such as a miners basket, antique wooden crochet box, a vintage window shutter shelf, a barn wood hatch, two vintage mirrors, and a vintage children's bedspring are included in purchase). The flooring is wood-look vinyl, and the interior sides of the trailer have plywood.

The exterior is in great shape. Please note that the polka dots will remain on the trailer but the company name and website will be removed.

No merchandise will be included, only racks and shelving.

The trailer was serviced/checked up in 2020 (bearings greased, lights checked) and in Spring 2021 new heavy-duty leaf springs and new tires were installed. The interior had a touch-up paint job in September 2021.

NOTE: The GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) of the trailer is 1356 kg/2990 lbs. The empty/unloaded weight was approximately 1600 lbs when purchased, but it has not been weighed unloaded since it was built out (accounting for the additional weight of displays, flooring, etc). I usually only weighed it when it was fully loaded!
