Would the current owner be confident in driving this unit around daily?
Yes, with the recent engine installation, driving around should not be an issue. I would recommend optimal performance being frequent short-distance trips. I would not recommend long drives in the vehicle.
Does the current owner’s mechanic have a list of things that will need to be done to it?
Can be provided. We work with southeast customer food trucks based in GA. I can have them list any recommended mechanical needs on the vehicle.
Does it have accurate mechanical maintenance records?
