No not a captain's license just a standard boaters license. As long as one person working the boat has a boaters license then the rest of the staff is ok.
Can you anchor on the beaches in Ft. Lauderdale and beyond?
Yes you can, some counties have different laws on how far you can be for example, in Destin, Florida you have to be 10 yards off from the beach.
What do the permits you have entail?
This boat has been cleared by the department of food and beverage and also the health department. It's all up to code with the construction and layout of the structure.
Is there a bathroom on it?
No bathroom
Is it a real boat or a trailer that looks like a boat? Pulled by a truck or by another boat?
This is a real drivable pontoon boat converted into a commerical kitchen. A truck is needed to pull the boat and taken to whatever body of water you desire.
