The truck's kitchen has just been recently installed this year (2022). It comes equipped with new spark plugs and has just been oil changed. No rust nor leaks and starts right up! With 87k miles. New fuel pump.

Seller's notes:
The pipes are run from wastewater tank under truck up, and the hot water tank and freshwater to hand wash sink I didn't tie in all pipe in case they want to add three compartment sink which I will throw in -  my state doesn't require it. My state doesn't require fire suppression so I did not install, as some states require a licensed tech from that state to install and inspect. 

The cab has the ac that came standard in the truck in 1991 that is a good year and hard to find in this condition. The grease vents and exhaust fan brand new out the box and put up will need to be wired. Did not know if a buyer would want to run ac unit off of the exhaust, so did not wire that.  All outlets wired and put in Fiberglass whitewalls. 

I have not gotten it inspected or permitted but have done only what SC requires to be up to code. Other states will differ.
