This is a meticulously-maintained custom food truck designed for high output, with top-of-the-line equipment. Designed for crepes, but easily convertible to any other cuisine. It has plenty of counter space that could be used to install other equipment.Seller's Note: We changed out the engine from diesel to a 2018 Chevy gasoline engine in 2021. Engine now has approx 60k now ( probably overshooting but prefer to undershoot ) Runs great but won't pass California's new codes.
