What is the condition of the tires/transmission? Would it make it to TN?
Tires are new. Transmission works need to be replaced to drive across country
What is the condition of the equipment, and last time passed inspection?
All equipment is operational and in good condition, with minor cosmetic damages. Food licensure and permit expired in 2023. Haven’t renewed, but its inspection-ready.
What is the size of the hood?
I’m not sure of the size. I was required to upgrade, and I’m still searching for the invoice to provide this answer. It’s the required standard, maybe 30”
