  This unit underwent several enhancements, including raising the roof by about 6 inches and sanding down its original exterior color. It received a fresh and striking coat of hunter green paint for a rich, eye-catching appearance. In 2021, the interior was revamped in the United States, with all the necessary equipment added to comply with New York Department of Health mobile food truck regulations.
